Clearwater Spring Heritage Natural Meats

We moved to Brighton back in 2002 and started raising Purebred Highland Cattle as a hobby.  We were attracted to the breed because of their beauty but ended up raising them because of their lean, healthy quality beef.  We were blessed with an abundance of bulls which put us in the beef business whether we wanted to be or not!  We are a small family owned operation.  We believe in raising our cattle in only a natural way and providing a quality healthy product.  We grow our own hay and only buy premium grain for finishing our cattle.  Our beef is considered grass fed and grain finished.  We show our cattle at the National Western Stock Show in January and MSHCA Summer Show at Boulder County Fair in August.
